4 - Week Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course - August 6 to August 28

  

In this 4-week course, you will have the opportunity to be guided by two experienced teachers, Nathalie Daou (KPJAYI authorized level 2 teacher) & Alifa Rofii (500h Yoga Alliance certified teacher). Together we will dive into the practice of the Ashtanga Yoga method, exploring asanas, breathing, chanting, meditating as well as the philosophical aspect of
the practice.

Ashtanga Yoga is an energetic and dynamic form of yoga. Movement is
synchronized with rhythmic breathing as you progress through a set series of
therapeutic yoga postures.
You will learn and move step by step through the postures of the Ashtanga Yoga primary series sequence, with detailed instructions to enhance and strengthen your practice, experiencing the traditional way of learning the Ashtanga Yoga method.

By the end of the course, you will have a much broader understanding of yoga and you will have the knowledge and confidence to join the Mysore class, allowing you to take the first steps
towards cultivating your own self-practice. Mysore Style is considered the
safest way for a student of any level to learn yoga.
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as students who have who
now wish to develop a self-practice. You will be receiving a 30hour certificate of completion at the end of the course.
