In this 3-week course, we will dive into the basics of the Ashtanga Yoga
method, exploring asanas, breathing, as well as the philosophical aspect of
the practice.
Ashtanga Yoga is an energetic and dynamic form of yoga. Movement is
synchronized with rhythmic breathing as you progress through a set series of
therapeutic yoga postures.
In 2-hour sessions each Friday and Saturday you will learn and move step by
step through the postures of the Ashtanga Yoga primary series sequence,
with detailed instructions to enhance and strengthen your

During the second week of the course, you also have the option of joining the afternoon Mysore class, experiencing the traditional way of leaning the Ashtanga Yoga method.

By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and
confidence to join the Mysore class, allowing you to take the first steps
towards cultivating your own self-practice. Mysore Style is considered the
safest way for a student of any level to learn yoga.
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as students who have who
now wish to develop a self-practice.
